Charming stay with great breakfast

The ambience of the hotel is quite charming and feels like a step back in time. It would be nice if the spa facilities were more consistently available, as we couldn't enjoy the sauna .

It was overall clean, and the people were affable. The location was good and unbeatable, at a medium distance from Glockenspiel. The restaurant was nice: )

brilliant clean property, it has welcoming staff on the reception desk. the standard queen room is relaxing and luxurious. the atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. the location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a forested public park.

It was a business trip fro me ,so I had no time to relax. But it is a very pleasant hotel to stay, nice cosy, comfortable rooms, good bed. I always pick this hotel when I come to Graz.

Overall it was big with a walk-in shower...

The charm of this hotel is utterly spoiled by nasty noise, thanks to tram traffic. And for what they're charging, can someone explain why the spa didn't work? I'm just shocked they don't greet with a complimentary upgrade or gift, you'd expect more from a place that boasts luxury but delivers a headache instead.

It was very comfortable stay, I greatly enjoyed outstanding food.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Graz. In relation to the great price paid, it was pleasant place to stay with amazing service. The standard double room was nicely furnished, had a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The check-in process was frustrating due to lack of information provided. We had a leak in the bathroom and no refrigerator was available. The breakfast options were limited, leaving little to choose from .

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Swimming pool/sauna a welcome facility. Also free Internet acces sinc. from a communal computer.

My room was very sparse and very dark (big tree right in front of my small window!). Considering I was there for 4 nights and the hotel was far from full, not a good allocation.Internet connection (cable only - no WIFI) didn't work and was not sorted out in 4 days. Breakfast is too expensive at 12 Euros per person. Moreover, if one arrived at 09:40 (deadline is 10, which is tight - most hotels of this standard set 11 as their deadline), very little was left since the staff not only had not replenished things but had actually cleared things away!

Breakfast was enormous, loved the position.

It was brand-new, spotless and with a walk-in shower. The hotel's location was excellent, close enough to the downtown area, trams and the Opera and the many tourist attractions in the Old Town.
